The bible declares that our hair is our crown and glory according to 1 Corinthians 11:15.  Here are some basic hair care tips, to care for your hair naturally.

Water Intake and Hair Growth

1. Healthy hair begins from the inside.  Using products on the hair itself only gives temporary results.  But to get long lasting effects proper diet is key.  I would suggest increasing your water intake.  Yes G.L.A.M.s increase the water intake.  Best of all water is CHEAP and the benefits leave long lasting effects not only for the hair, but for the body.

Lack of water causes dehydration.  Our body is comprised of 70%-80% of water. When the body does not receive the proper amount of water in order to maintain cell health and reproduction, it becomes dehydrated which directly impacts hair growth.  Due to the body being dehydrated, that hair can become dry and brittle and BREAK!!!  Just like watering a plant due to the soil being dry, we need to water our hair naturally by consuming 6-8 glasses day.
