Yes our hair is declared as our crown and glory in 1 Corinthians 11:15… In conjunction to water intake, a healthy diet is also crucial with hair growth…

2. Healthy hair from the inside is critical to getting long lasting results. In conjunction to drinking water, a healthy diet is also key.  By adding food rich for your hair to diet is essential.  Protein is the key element used on hare to prevent and stop breakage from happening.  I would suggest in conjunction to protein treatments, I would suggest a high protein rich diet as well.  Eggs for example are loaded with vitamins, minerals and fats (the healthy ones) that can be essential to retaining length to the hair. Eating nuts such as almond have, a great source of fiber, vitamin E and here it again PROTEIN!

We all love chicken, try all natural chicken breasts it loaded with tons of protein.  Oats not only has the protein, but it contains other nutrients necessary for hair growth and repair such as potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.  Salmon is also high in protein as well as Omega 3 fatty acids, which promotes hair growth, and keep hair hydrated.  For my cheese lovers, cottage parmesan, Swiss, mozzarella and cheddar are also pack with protein.  Cottage cheese contains vitamin B-12 with is great for energy.  Greek yogurt also packed with proteins as well as vitamin D and pantothenic acid or vitamin B-5 helps with the alleviation of hair loss.  Less hair loss equals can equate to more hair growth.  Beans that are protein rich are with in iron, zinc and biotin essential for healthy hair growth.  Pumpkin seeds, turkey breast, broccoli and lentils are other foods packed with the much-needed protein for your body and hair.
