A woman always wants to look her best without breaking the bank in the process. I love to look fabuLESS!!! I often get the assumption that I spend a lot of money on beauty products. I hardly break the bank in most cases. Knowing how to maximize your savings is key. This blog post reveals all my secrets on how I get my beauty and makeup products for less. Be fabuless!!!
- Check the weekly ads from local drugstores. These store ads are filled with beauty steals and deals. They offer BOGO 50% or BUY 2 get the third free. The options are endless.
- Utilize manufactured coupons, you can pair them with store deals wiping dollars down at the register
- Utilize Store Coupons. Not only there are manufactured coupons, some cases the stores offer their store coupons on that product or brand as well.
- Coupon Pairing. In most cases stores allow for you to pair their store coupon with a manufactured coupon driving down the coins even the more.
- Coupon Pairing along with the stores weekly ad, drives down the cost too little to next to nothing.
- Utilize the savings when stores have save a certain amount when you spend a certain amount. I do this when I’m doing a product haul for hair and makeup products. You are going to spend it anyway, so why not maximize my savings. For example, if the store states that you can save $5.00 when you spend $25.00, I am spending more than the maximum amount, also use store discounts coupled with manufactures coupons to drive the amount down even further.
- Shop for brand discontinues. I know some may say that they want the latest item they are showcasing, but in most cases the colors are the same but just repackaged. I picked up palettes for 75% off due to them being a discontinued or the packaging changing. Often times it’s the same product just a different package and renamed. DISCLAIMER- check dates on some products.
- Check the clearance aisle. When I go shop the clearance aisle is my best friend. Before I check for what’s on sale, I go to the red and orange racks to see if I can find something nice while holding on to my coin. DISCLAIMER: Check the expiration date on some products.
- Sign up for makeup rewards programs. Several retailers offer rewards for being a valued beauty customer. The system normally works thru the accumulation of points. Once those points are achieved, you can get store credits or vouchers.
- Join the birthday rewards programs. You get tons of free or discounted stuff for it just being your birthday.
- Sometimes it pays to shop online. Sometimes there are bigger incentives to shopping online other than convivence. The only way to lower the price is by applying a coupon code which in most cases are not offered in stores.
- Take advantage of black Friday and other holiday sales throughout the year. You will steep discount guaranteed to add coins to the bank
